Viewing and buying the van was effortless, no pushy selling and van was as described. When my bank decided to freeze my account due to a security check (algorithm decided it looked dodgy me buying a vehicle in London), Parkway delivered the vehicle for me. Customer service was great (a cold Dr Pepper from the fridge helped 😂)

After some painful experiences with some other cliché shady dealers, Parkway Commercials were a breath of fresh air! Not only did they have a good van at a decent price but Bud Jnr made the whole process very easy. He answered all my questions promptly (lots of questions , sorry!), cooperated with my mechanic and got the van all fixed up nicely before the sale. To top things off they delivered the van to my door. The whole process from start to finish was absolutely hassle free. Would definitely recommend.

This was the first time I have ever bought a vehicle without viewing it or taking it for a test drive. Unfortunately there was no way for me to get down to them beforehand and the van I was in need of do not come up often at such a reasonable price (minibus with wheel chair lift). Paul and Bud Jnr made the experience so easy, no hard sell, no pressure, full walk around video and any questions or requests I had were delt with professionally. When the van was delivered I was still offered a walk around and test drive before accepting the van.

We went in to look for a van for our project at the Thames valley Methodist church and found so much choice we finally decided on the fiat dicato mini bus. The communication has been amazing the technical knowledge and work has been fantastic. Just down to how friendly they are has been amazing.

Bud and the team at Parkway Commercials are very friendly and helpful. they listened to what I was looking for and gave me good advice on a particular vehicle I was interested in. I wanted a HGV vehicle I could turn into a Motorhome, with enough room to transport my Harley to European Rallies etc. They sent me a comprehensive video of the vehicle I was interested in, and pointed out good and bad points for me to consider. After watching the video and asking more questions, I arranged to go to their premises and take a test drive. they all made me feel very welcome and answered all my questions. After we agreed the terms of sale and delivery to my home in Norfolk, Bud promised it would be delivered to my home within 4 days and it was, what more can I say? I have bought a wide range of Cars, Vans and Motorcycles over the last 45 years of motoring and can honestly say this has been the simplest, and best service I have ever had. I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone looking at buying a used commercial vehicle as I know you will not be dissappointed

Hard to find honest and genuine dealers left me to look over the van as long as i needed was given the paperwork to look through whilst having my coffee Top quality service!!!
